Why does society expect a person to feel a greater bond with people who merely share their experiences and beliefs than with people who respect and understand their experiences and beliefs?
More often than not, I learn more about myself through the conversations I have where I think aloud and share my thoughts with no other purpose than to scrutinize my convictions.
