Hatred

If hatred is directed at someone who engenders hatred and the hated person lacks the capacity to care that they are hated then the smoldering heart felt hatred is only a burden to the person who elects to hate.

Dissatisfaction

Being dissatisfied with life and not doing anything to remedy the situation is another means by which people deny themselves happiness.

Loneliness

Only people who have not learned to enjoy their own company have the ability to ever be lonely.

Bonds

Why does society expect a person to feel a greater bond with people who merely share their experiences and beliefs than with people who respect and understand their experiences and beliefs?

Loss

Is the person who dies anymore lost to the people who love them than the person who moves away and forever loses touch with those who love them?

Forgiveness and Mercy

Is the person who refuses to grant forgiveness anymore entitled to forgiveness than is the person who failed to grant mercy to those who have sought mercy, entitled to mercy and forgiveness?

Compassion

If someone cares only about the things that matter to them and does not care about all things, are they compassionate or just passionate?

Beauty and Intellect

Just because beauty and intellect have not been appreciated does not mean they did not exist but only that they have been overlooked.

Faith

Is it a greater sign of faith to believe in something in which your heart compels you to believe than to believe in something that you are coerced and told to believe?
